Developed to protect you on any outdoor adventure, the Deuter 17L XV 2 Daypack has been constructed using a combination of 600D PES and 420D PA technical fabrics. The 600 denier polyester yarn with thick PU coating the XV 2 backpack works to protect itself and it's contents from the trails and tribulations of the trails. As well as this, the 420D PA fabrication is extremely tear and abrasion-resistant and works to protects from moisture with a water column of 1500 mm. These two fabrications work together to protect the pack and it's contents at all times. As well as this, the pack has also been treated with a DWR coating which provides both water and dirt repellency. The coating ensures light rain and dirt are repelled away from the bag to keep your gear safe at all times even when the weather takes a turn for the worst. The DWR coating is safe for health, environmentally friendly and completely PFC-free; the coating keeps the material dry and nature clean. To ensure complete comfort on any outdoor adventure, the XV 2 Backpack features an Airstripes system which provides a secure, breathable and comfortable fit at all times. The Airstripes system feature padding which sits comfortably against the back and ventilation channels which increases overall breathability. The channels allow cool air to flow throughout the back whilst allowing hot humid air to escape so you'll always remain cool, dry and comfortable. Allowing free circulation of air over more than 80%, the system creates a perfect microclimate for your skin to thrive in. The small contact area allows the added ventilation whilst still ensuring the pack sits secure and compact on the back during all manoeuvres. An adjustable sternum strap exists to provides the perfect fit by ensuring the pack is fitted to the shoulders whilst a removable waistbelt secures the pack around your waist.

The XV 2 has a large 19 litre capacity for all of your storage needs and its features multiple pockets and compartments that allow you to keep everything in its place. Three outer side pockets are stretchy meaning they are ideal for bottles or gels plus, an inner zipped compartment is ideal for storing valuables such as keys and phones. A documents compartment keeps all your essential documents safe whilst an organiser compartment which keeps your pens and other essentials tidy whilst a laptop compartment which can hold a 17-inch laptop and a special bag which is ideal for a tablet.
