Polyester Webbing Upper
Engineered with a tough washable polyester webbing upper, the Astoria West Sandals offer a secure, ventilated environment for your feet to thrive in. The upper also offers a hydrophobic mesh lining for exceptional breathability and ventilation. The quick-dry lining keeps feet cool, dry and comfortable as you walk while providing a constant supply of fresh air. The sandals have a slip-on design for easy wear and a bungee cinch (with recycled plastic bungee cord and lace-lock toggle), ensuring your feet are secure and locked in while in use. The sandals utilise Eco Anti-Odour to prevent the growth of odour-causing microbes, keeping the sandals feeling and smelling fresher for longer. A contoured fit follows the shape of your foot for a comfortably snug fit. The materials used in the upper are waterproof, meaning water beads off. Completing the sandals is a KEEN.PROTECT toe bumper, which protects the toes against rocks and uneven surfaces.
Foam Midsole
The midsole unit is constructed with lightweight foam that provides exceptional comfort on all surfaces without compromising weight. The midsole unit absorbs shock and impact forces with every step and works hard to disperse them away from the foot, reducing injuries for more enjoyment. A foam strobel board underfoot offers an extra layer of cushioning. Additionally, the midsole boasts a TPU stability shank that promotes stability and prevents torsion on tricky terrains. Underfoot, a shock-absorbing foam insole with arch support supplies all-day comfort.
Aquagrip Rubber Outsole
An Aquagrip rubber outsole provides great grip underfoot. The outsole provides plenty of grip and traction on a variety of terrains, giving you a stable platform and minimising the risk of potential injuries and strain. Aqua Stop zonal siping provides maximum traction on wet surfaces. As an added benefit, the outsole is non-marking, meaning you won't damage flooring.
Contains recycled P.E.T. plastic to reduce the use of virgin materials.
