Encasing your foot in breathable comfort the inner lining of the Wave Exceed Tour 5 offers superb levels of softness for maximum next-to-skin comfort. The upper fabric allows cool air to circulate making these highly breathable, removing uncomfortable heat build-up and humidity to maintain a regulated temperature that feet can thrive in. The outside of the 3D Solid is incredibly durable, protecting against lateral drag and abrasion whilst delivering essential support and stability needed for fast, dynamic movement. Mizuno Wave Technology

The midsole cushioning has been updated and Mizuno has added their Enerzy compound technology which absorbs the shock of heel striking.
