Synthetic Upper
Offering great breathability alongside durability, the upper of the Garoe V2 keeps your feet feeling fresh from start to finish. Perforations within the material allow for superb air flow, allowing warm air to escape through the ventilations, making room for cool fresh air in turn. The upper has been created using a no-sew construction, minimising chance of ripping and irritation, lengthening the lifeline of the shoes and keeping you feeling comfortable with no rubbing. Overlays sit atop of this material, protecting your feet from possible snags and bumps along the trails, rubber has been added around the toes to ensure chance of injury is kept to a minimal. While the tongue and collar are both padded to ensure a plush and snug fitting, stopping dirt and debris from entering the shoes - keeping your laser focus on the trail. For easy slip-on assist a heel pull tab has been added and to complete the upper is the traditional lacing system that secures the foot by locking the midfoot within the shoe.
Fresh Foam X
Providing energetic rebound, Fresh Foam X features in the midsole to deliver New Balance's most cushioned Fresh Foam experience for incredible comfort. The full-length Fresh Foam keeps the cushioning consistent, improving the transition in the gait cycle. The underfoot cushioning displaces heel impact and offers responsive strides. The Fresh Foam X Garoe v2 is fitted with this New Balance signature plush but firm and responsive cushioning that follows the natural bending of the foot, allowing the feet to move comfortably in a range of directions. Atop of the foam sits a removable insole, this is easily interchangeable for a personalised fit.
Hydrohesion Rubber Outsole
Helping you maintain grip, the hydrohesion rubber works with great effect over wet surfaces to keep you confident in every stride. AT tread has been utilised to ensure this shoe works effectively for you as you transition from road to trail, letting you never miss a second. The rubber can form a solid bond with the ground beneath it, ensuring traction and control as you explore the unbeaten path.
