NITRO Elite Midsole
The midsole of the Fast-R Nitro Elite has been created using Puma's most elite foam. This is a nitrogen-infused foam, lightweight and springy and provides you with high energy return and responsiveness. By infusing nitrogen into the foam, Puma has been able to expand their midsoles. By doing so, the shoes are extremely comfortable underfoot whilst also providing maximum propulsion with each step, letting you run further and faster with ease. Not only will the foam help propel you forward so you hit those PBs, but it also absorbs shocks and negative impact forces as you strike hard, unforgiving surfaces. By doing so, this reduces stress on the joints and the risk of injury. Working alongside this is an extended PWRPLATE, made from carbon fibre, that enhances energy return and propels you forward, keeping you focused on your target.
