Saucony Peregrine 16 GTX Women's Trail Running Shoes

GORE-TEX Upper

Providing great breathability alongside waterproofing, the GORE-TEX material on the upper ensures water does not seep into the shoe when covering wet terrain. While keeping your feet bone dry, the material is also super lightweight and breathable, keeping you feeling light and fresh on your feet. Perforations within the material allow for air to flow around the foot, reducing fatigue while releasing warm air to allow cool, fresh air to circulate. Sitting on this material are overlays, focused near the toes to protect them from possible scrapes and bumps. While a padded collar and tongue sit snugly against the foot to minimise dirt and debris entering the shoe, while offering added support and cushioning. The traditional lacing system ensures midfoot lockdown to create a secure and confident fit and to complete the upper is a heel pull tab to assist in slipping into the shoes and getting you up and out on the trail as soon as possible.

PWRRUN Midsole

Powering you through tricky terrain, the Peregrine 16 features a PWRRUN midsole. This latest version utilises an additional 4mm of PWRRUN compared to the previous model. Despite the increased thickness, the midsole maintains the responsive feel you expect while offering even softer landings and enhanced flexibility. This combination is designed to allow you to push yourself further and run for longer with complete confidence. The PWRRUN compound is a thick, shock-absorbing material that effectively reduces impact and strain on your foot. This cushioning helps you confidently put in those extra miles while reducing the risk of injury. Increasing underfoot cushioning, Saucony has included a PWRRUN+ sockliner for instant step-in comfort.

VIBRAM Megagrip Outsole

Underfoot, a full-length, full-coverage Vibram MegaGrip outsole provides maximum traction and grip. It is highly durable, resisting damage, and forms a solid bond with the ground beneath for advanced grip. The multidirectional 4mm traction lugs bite into soft earth for great traction, meaning you can focus on the trail ahead, hurtling up and downhill in complete confidence.
