Go on your next adventure in the great outdoors with the Skechers Hillcrest - Vast Adventure Shoe. A casual walking and hiking sneaker with a leather, synthetic and mesh upper, a cushioned memory foam insole and a speckled midsole.
The upper of the Hillcrest is made using ultra-durable leather overlays that work hard to protect your feet (and the shoes themselves) from scuffs and abrasions from loose rocks and debris you may encounter out on the trail. This ensures long-lasting performance and enjoyment. Mesh panels allow heat and vapour build-up to escape through micro-perforations in the fabric whilst simultaneously allowing fresh air to enter and circulate, delivering a pleasant cooling sensation that will keep you and your feet happy. A traditional lacing system anchors the shoe to the foot securely for increased stability and control, helping you tackle inclines and variable terrain with confidence.
This midsole is engineered to help you get the best out of your walk. It works to absorb shock during footstrike, minimising the stress and strain put on joints and muscles. This reduces the risk of injury and makes wear incredibly comfortable. A memory foam insole ensures even further comfort, cushioning under the foot for a plush, soft feel that moulds to your foot.
The Hillcrest is finished with a flexible, durable rubber traction outsole. This outsole is designed to form a strong bond with the ground to allow you to push off with ease and grip onto uneven terrain. The strategically placed lugs tackle wet and dry surfaces with ease, whilst the flexible nature of the outsole allows you to move without restriction and allows for better proprioception.
