Battery Life and Watch Face

GPS Features

Using five major satellite systems (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou, QZSS), the PACE 4 keeps you on track no matter what you choose to undertake or where you choose to go. The watch supplies you with improved pinpoint accuracy, with a more precise satellite chipset that has All-Systems and Dual-Frequency modes for superior tracking, whether you're running through city streets or travelling backcountry trails. The watch can give you exact GPS coordinates, air pressure and estimated elevation to give you a clearer location.

Built-In Microphone

A built-in microphone enables you to record voice pins and use them for commands when saving your location. The microphone also allows you to record training logs and training details with the microphone directly after the workout is finished.

Navigation Functions

Allowing you to find freedom and adventure, the PACE 4 features navigation functions to keep you on the right path. This allows you to access maps right from your watch quickly and easily, so there are no limits on your adventures. Landscape and Topo map layers, along with trail and street names, help simplify the planning of your runs or hikes, letting you set your target distance and receive turn-by-turn directions to help you stay on course. Off-course alerts ensure you don't stray from the trail path, with back-to-start directions should the path ahead be blocked. The digital dial makes it easy to zoom in and out of your map, while the touchscreen allows you to drag the map with your finger.

Sensors and Heart Rate Monitoring

The heart rate technology lets you monitor your heart rate without wearing a chest strap. A redesigned heart rate sensor with larger LEDs and a more secure fit reduces spikes and drops for actionable data. This includes telling you what your resting heart rate is compared to when you're active, as well as having an ECG integrated for the best information possible. In addition to counting steps, the watch uses heart rate to assess recovery speed after intense activities and determine how prepared your body is to take on the stressors of the day. The watch has a Pulse Oximeter to measure the level of oxygen carried through your blood, so you can see how well your body absorbs oxygen when you sleep. This will help you monitor your sleep and the quality of your sleep, so you can get a gauge of how well you sleep. The watch uses this data to evaluate your recent exercise history and performance indicators to let you know if you're training productively, peaking or overreaching. It can also view your overall training load, which measures your exercise volume from the last seven days and compares it to the optimal range for your fitness and recent training history. The watch also allows you to view your entire week of daily suggested workouts, which adapt after every run to match your performance and recovery.

Activity Mode

For use in all your favourite sports and activities, the watch has a range of activity modes, providing you with the ability to track multisport adventures. The PACE 4 allows you to track and improve on an array of sports such as running, cycling, swimming, water sports, fitness and aerobic exercises, skiing and a range of other activities. The product uses the Athlete-First Ecosystem, which works on the COROS app to provide essential insights and tools you need to perform at your best, including Training Status, custom workouts, detailed activity summaries and more. You can also use your watch as a virtual pacer to keep you on track, by either setting a distance and pace goal, to be alerted when you fall outside your goal time, or setting a pace goal without an end distance in mind, and run against a virtual pacer at your chosen pace. The app will also allow you to pre-plan training sessions or routes, and create and edit routes which are already saved.
