One of the hardest-working shoes in the HOKA lineup, the Bondi 9 delivers peak plushness for everyday miles. Overhauled from top to bottom, Hoka has increased the stack height and added a new premium foam midsole that delivers a soft, resilient ride synonymous with the Bondi.

Engineered Mesh Upper

Engineered using a breathable mesh, the upper of the Bondi 9 ensures a secure fit that hugs the foot for optimum comfort, whilst remaining highly breathable. The mesh fabrication helps to enhance breathability throughout your runs by allowing cool air to permeate the fabric, and uncomfortable heat build-up is then removed, creating a healthy environment where feet can thrive. A 3D molded collar creates a snug fit to promote support and cushioning around the foot, with an extended heel pull for you to slip into these shoes with ease. The upper also includes reflective detailing for better improved visibility in low light conditions, keeping you pushing PBs for as long as possible. The traditional lacing system completes the upper, this effectively locks down the midfoot for minimal in-shoe slippage.

Super Critical EVA Foam Midsole

Featuring a premium foam, the midsole of the Bondi 9 has been designed to provide you with a bouncy and plush ride. Shock is absorbed effectively through the foam upon impact with unforgiving surfaces, protecting your feet and joints from possible injury. This building pressure is released within your following strides, giving you added propulsion to every step. A MetaRocker sits within the midsole, promoting increased running efficiency by assisting in smoother heel-to-toe transitions. Sitting atop of the midsole is a molded EVA sockliner, for added arch support. The sockliner also reduces the shock absorbed and adds even more comfort to the feel underfoot.

Durable Rubber Outsole

Designed to be durable and flex with your foot, the outsole of the Hoka Bondi 9 has been constructed using durable rubber. Placed strategically in high-wear areas such as the forefoot and heel, the rubber increases durability, resisting the traumas of heel strikes to bring you a long-lasting running buddy. The durable rubber outsole will keep you in firm control across varied terrains over a long period. Completing the outsole are flex grooves that encourage multi-directional movements.
