Precision Fit

Inov8's Precision fit offers a close-fitting heel that locks the shoe in position, while a wider toe box allows the toes to splay when running naturally or lifting weights. Precision fit suits those who like a tighter and more secure fit allowing the runner to focus on the activities ahead.

Synthetic Mesh Upper

The Inov8 F-Lite 195 is a go-to shoe when tackling the cross-training exercises. The construction on which it was created is a new internally structured one-piece upper allowing the shoe to adapt to the changes within it. A full-bodied mesh provides key breathability to the interior keeping the foot cool and refreshed through performance.

Additionally, supporting the midfoot and securing lockdown the F-lite 195 utilises Met Cradle design. This is where the upper webbing support on the shoe is anatomically positioned to cradle the midsection extending to the eyelets to provide a secure hold to the feet. Giving you greater stability and control whilst powering through your active training regime. Added strength materialises in a rugged upper format, a durable toe bumper has been reconstructed for ultimate protection against burpee fatigue.

Compressed EVA Midsole

Fighting your way through your workout an EVA midsole compound merged to the upper provides full underfoot cushioning. Through this clever installation, pressure is reduced on the underfoot and arch, negating poor balance and supporting the foot through transition.

At the rear and embedded into the midsole, a Powerheel insert is 40% denser than the forefoot of the shoe and with a 4mm heel-toe differential, the Powerheel provides maximum power and mechanical advantage when lifting weights. While the denser Powerheel delivers maximum stability, the forefoot provides more cushion for shock absorption and protection while doing box jumps or running.

Rope-tec Outsole

Utilised into the outsole is Inov-8's Sticky rubber compound has been specially developed using climbing rubber technology. The 360-degree Rope-tec system extended onto the shoes upper which deliver traction and durability on rope climbs and descents optimises grip in wet conditions, providing superior floor fighting traction.

Unifying the outsole, Meta-Flex forefoot flex grooves and Fascia Band tech can be found along the outsole lending the forefoot greater freedom of movement. This allows the shoe to become more receptive and have a greater propulsion underfoot, this is granted to the wearer.
