Lightweight Mesh Upper
The Kookaburra Edge has been designed with a lightweight mesh upper which allows for constant airflow, enabling cool air to circulate, whilst removing warm air, helping to regulate temperature whether training or giving it your all in a match. Additionally, this reduces the weight of the shoe, keeping you light on your feet and ready for a change of pace. A rubberised toe box reinforcement enhances durability and keeps your toes protected at all times. Additional heel reinforcements improve your stability with each stride you take. A padded ankle provides comfort that you can feel as soon as you put them on, and completing the upper is an advanced lacing system with Q Lock technology that ensures a locked-in feel.
EVA Midsole
An advanced EVA midsole has been designed for superior shock absorption, taking the pressure off the feet and ankles, ensuring that they are well protected. Inside the shoes, a lightweight moulded foam insole has been used to support the feet to reduce shock waves, keeping the ankles and feet well protected. The insole is perforated to add comfort so you don't need to worry about your feet during a match, whilst also ensuring sweat can escape as much as possible.
