The Skysolo FX Carbon is a five-section folding trekking pole that combines the compact pack size of ELD folding construction with the flexibility of a continuously Vario-adjustable length. It is designed for high-mountain trekking and mountaineering where the pole needs to stow quickly into a pack, and where a single fixed length is not always practical across varied terrain and user height.
Specifically designed for accompanying you on long hiking adventures through mountainous terrain and on tricky climbs, the Skysolo FX Carbon is a five-section pole that uses a Verticon 2k foam grip for confident handling on technical ascents and descents. The Verticon grip uses an angled profile that supports the natural resting angle of the hand during prolonged use, reducing wrist strain. A 1K Foam grip extension below the main grip body provides an additional hold position, handy during steep downhill sections or when greater pole control is needed. Equipped with an ultra-light and quick-drying D-loop mesh strap, the loop material guarantees maximum breathability and drying. Four sections are made from Carbon (PRC 1000) and one from Aluminium (HTS 6.5) to provide a super stable, extremely robust and very durable trekking pole that you can rely on. The ELD (External Locking Device) folding system deploys quickly, and Speed Lock 2 plus enables fast, secure length adjustment from 110-130cm. Lastly, the poles feature the Trekking Basket 2.0 to provide effective protection against sinking in and compatibility with every Flextip.
