Encasing your foot in breathable comfort the inner fabric of the Wave Exceed Tour 3 offers high levels of softness for maximum next-to-skin comfort. The highly breathable fabric allows cool air to circulate, removing uncomfortable heat build-up and humidity to maintain a cool, regulated temperature that feet can thrive in. The outside of the 3D Solid is incredibly durable, protecting against lateral drag and abrasion whilst delivering essential support and stability needed for fast, dynamic movement. Working with the traditional lace closure, the 3D Soft delivers a secure, locked-down fit and feel around the midfoot to keep you stable and support for maximum speed and agility.</p>

<p>Mizuno's wave technology is embedded into the midsole to provide flexibility in one direction and support in the other. The midsole technology works to absorb the shock of heel striking without compromising the comfort or cushioning. Once the shock has been absorbed the energy from that is harnessed and is then transferred to the forefoot to then push you off and guide you onto the next movement.
