Engineered using a mesh upper, the Wave Equate 8 provides optimal breathability and comfort. Ensuring a constant airflow, the mesh allows cool air to circulate the shoe whilst removing unwanted warm air to help regulate temperature, so you remain comfortable when clocking up the miles. A cushioned tongue enhances the comfort and fit while a traditional lacing system secures the midfoot to reduce excessive movement for a locked-in fit and feel.

Mizuno ENERZY Midsole

Offering outstanding levels of comfort and support, the Wave Equate utilises a Mizuno ENERZY midsole, which provides exceptional cushioning and energy return. The midsole absorbs the shock without compromising on comfort, whilst the Mizuno Wave Technology not only enhances the in-shoe cushioning but also, increases stability. The Wave prevents partial deformation and provides dynamic support to stabilise and guide the foot forward, whilst the U4icX compound offers a stress-free cushioned ride with high rebounds to keep you pushing during longer runs. X10 Rubber Outsole
