<p> Constructed from a close-knit engineered fabric, the uppers of the FreshFoam X Hierro V7s provide a high level of protection and durability. This breathable upper helps to keep out dirt and debris, therefore, allowing you to take on challenging terrain and changing paths. Due to the knitted construction, the shoes allow for an optimum level of air to flow through the shoes, keeping feet fresh and comfortable, even on your more intense trail running sessions. The shoes will also provide a comfortable level of softness against your foot thanks to the lightly padded tongue that helps to ensure the shoes don't chafe or irritate the feet. Plus, the Toe Protect rubber compound wraps the toes to reinforce the shoe's trail-worthy state, increasing its durability and defending feet against roots, rocks and other general hazards. Completing the upper is a lacing system that locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides. </p>

<p> The newest version of FreshFoam is a more energetic rebound than its predecessor. The full-length FreshFoam keeps the cushioning consistent and improves the transition in the gait cycle.
