The upper construction of the Boco AT 4 running shoes is lightweight, enclosed and water-resistant for the perfect balance between breathability and durability. The difference between closed mesh on trail shoes and the mesh on road running shoes is that the mesh in the Boco AT 4 works in tandem with the gusseted tongue to prevent debris from entering the shoes and blocks out dirt. In addition, the upper uses no stitch, heat welded overlays to retain the structural integrity of the shoes as well as enhances durability.
