A moulded sockliner lies atop a generous midsole to supply an extra layer of step-in anatomical comfort and support. Compression moulded EVA resides in the midsole to supply resilient cushioning. Light in weight and low in profile, it spares your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces to refine athletic performance. A midfoot cage provides increased stability during heavy lifting and extra support during fast, lateral movements; providing a snug fit in the midfoot the cage provides lightweight, seamless support that secures the midfoot for a locked-in fit and feel.

Flexible Outsole

A flexible outsole completes the HIIT. This minimal drop outsole provides a supportive EVA rim for stability and support. Forefoot flex grooves improve performance; they promote natural foot flexion for easy, unhindered movement and enhanced balance.
