ROCKTAPE is a premium kinesiology tape that features a tighter weave, greater elasticity and stronger adhesive than other kinesiology tapes. A tighter weave means enhanced support for working muscles and joints. Extra elasticity promotes "snap back," helping muscles contract and relax more efficiently.

RockTape Kinesiology Support Tape is designed to improve the bodies natural healing process by increasing blood flow around the muscle. It microscopically lifts the skin away from the muscle and fascia, which decompresses the area and promotes blood flow. RockTape also signals the central nervous system through the skin's nerves, which provides powerful feedback to minimize pain and cue form.
