The pack doesn't bounce but allows comfortable breathing. In total, the pack has seven pockets. All pockets have stretch fabric surrounding them to allow easy access, as well as allowing you to put more items in them. Two of the pockets are for hydration, as they are designed to fit Salomon soft flasks, these front pockets limit bouncing. Top elastic loops secure your flasks and keep them ready to drink.
