<H5 align="center">Waterproof Upper</H5>
<p>Constructed using a waterproof upper, the upper of the Alphacross 4 Trail Running Shoes ensures that your foot stays in place with every stride for added comfort and support throughout your runs. Connected to the upper on both sides is the tongue to prevent debris from entering the shoe and keep the tongue centred and comfortable against the foot. To avoid damp feet, and therefore dampened spirits, a GORE-TEX membrane resides inside the shoe; supplying a combination of durable waterproofing and optimised breathability. Sometimes it's hard to stay dry without developing that distracting clammy feeling, but GORE-TEX keeps water on the outside while letting perspiration escape from the inside; keeping sweat to a minimum and you, cool and comfy. The upper also uses a super durable ripstop fabrication which resists the risk of wear and tears to bring you a shoe perfect for any trail. Not only will the ripstop fabric reduce abrasion it will also allow the shoe to look newer for longer. Completing the upper is a lacing system that locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.</p>

<H5 align="center">Fuze Surge Foam Midsole</H5>
<p> Within the midsole, the shoe has injected and compressed EVA which forms the Fuze Surge Midsole. This multi-functional midsole will provide both comfort and protection, as it has dual-density EVA. Towards the bottom, the EVA is extremely firm, which will absorb shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole. The energy produced from this will also be returned as rebound, which will give you an added spring in your step. The higher you get in the midsole, the EVA becomes less densely packed, which will make every step feel comfortable. An OrthoLite sockliner also exists underfoot to provide the foot with a cushioned and cooler environment, whilst also reducing the risk of irritation caused by rubbing and chafing.</p>

<H5 align="center">Contagrip Rubber Outsole</H5>
<p> Tackle any trails in supreme confidence that you won't be let down by your shoe's grip. Using Contagrip, the outsole can form a solid grip between the shoe and the terrain. Contagrip is built for maximum traction on varied terrain and is durable enough to withstand the toughest trails. Built with large lugs, the Speedcross delivers optimum grip to keep you grounded on tough terrain. When you are running on the wet and muddy ground, the shoe's deep chevron lugs dig into the ground, anchoring you in place. This will also benefit you by acting as a solid base for you to push off from when taking a stride, as well as digging into the ground when braking and changing direction.</p>
