Preparing you for the chilly evening in harsh conditions, the Inferno -40C is constructed from durable, long-lasting recycled nylon alongside waterproof NeoVent Air fabric which helps to keep your head and feet protected and comfortable from poor weather. NeoVent Air also has moisture-wicking properties to help prevent the build-up of excessive sweat and moisture, keeping you dry and warm when sleeping. The sleeping bag is packed with 800-fil of water-resistant, responsibly sourced ProDown, with trapezoidal side-chamber baffles to prevent cold spots and retain loft. The fitted hood with cinch-cord adjusters helps seal out the cold and adds warmth and comfort, whilst the draft collar and zip overlap prevent excessive heat loss from occurring. A side half zip allows you to stop the cold from getting in and allows you to dump heat if things get too toasty. Anti-compression pads help maintain loft, meaning more warmth for you, whilst shock cords on the back of the bag attach to the sleeping pad, keeping the pad in place when you sleep. The vaulted foot box means comfortable sleeping and warmth, whilst the generous cut provides space to add extra layers or a liner when it gets super cold.
