Textile and Synthetic Upper
The upper has been constructed from a highly breathable textile for maximum comfort. It features micro-perforations that allow built-up heat and vapour to escape whilst fresh air is encouraged to flow in. Abrasion-resistant overlays provide support and targeted abrasion resistance, protecting your feet from knocks and scrapes on the trail. The gusseted tongue prevents stones and debris from entering the shoes, and finally, a traditional lacing system locks the midfoot for a secure fit and also prevents in-shoe slippage.
Lightstrike Midsole
Lightstrike EVA technology has been embedded into the Terrex Agravic 3 for durable cushioning. The Lightstrike compound provides endless energy return from heel strike through to the toe-off phase of the gait cycle. When your heel hits the floor, the midsole compresses and stores kinetic energy; as you transition through to mid-stance, the midsole relaxes and releases the stored energy, which propels you forward with an explosive take-off. This means you can run further using less energy, helping you to get the most out of your adventures in the wilderness. It ensures a plush feel, stability, and responsive cushioning, handling every stride impact on rough surfaces. A moulded sockliner ensures step-in comfort, providing a soft bed for your feet on impact. Completing the midsole is a TPU plate, which provides snappy energy return, giving you a spring in your step, as well as added stability and protection.
Continental Rubber Outsole
The Continental Rubber outsole provides extraordinary traction in both wet and dry conditions. The 4mm inner and 5mm outer lugs are designed to bite into the earth, offering advanced traction on wet and loose ground, allowing you to run with confidence.
