This comfortable day pack features the ultra-light Deuter Aircomfort back system, with maximum ventilation, offering an excellent comfort-to-weight ratio. It has a spacious main compartment, a dedicated phone pocket, stretch side pockets, lid compartments, gear loops to strap poles and other gear to the outside of the pack.
Woven from 600-denier Polyester yarn and with a thick PA coating, the Deuter AC Lite 14 SL Backpack is tear-resistant, light and highly versatile. This lightweight, extremely robust fabric is perfectly suited to the manufacture of lightweight products. Top-quality PA coating is a highly technical material that is used for lightweight Alpine and Trekking models. The SL design of this pack means the back length fits the smaller back length of the average woman, and specific areas of the backpack have been adapted specifically to the female anatomy. The pack features an advanced Aircomfort system, which allows cool air to circulate to regulate temperature. Featuring contoured, softly padded shoulder straps for extra comfort when carrying a heavy weight. The back system has a resilient core, using a round-profile permanent elastic spring steel frame to keep the pack stable and secure. Soft-touch hip pads feature, specifically designed for a softer hand feel for added comfort, while the adjustable sternum belt and waist belt add stability to heavy loads, ensuring a more comfortable carry.
A main zippered pocket provides space to store all your essentials, and side mesh pockets offer a space for items you may need close at hand. An external and internal lid compartment offers even further storage space, and a top-loader with a drawcord and lid ensures your belongings are locked away safely. A side smartphone pocket provides safe storage for peace of mind, and a key clip makes finding your key easy. Attachment loops allow you to add extra storage to the backpack, and an SOS label provides emergency information should you get into any trouble. The backpack features a rain cover for added water protection when the weather takes a turn on your hikes. The backpack is also compatible with a 2.0-litre hydration system. Pole holders hold your trekking poles when not in use, and a glasses stow system on the shoulder straps keeps your glasses safe. A helmet net can be fitted retroactively, should you wish. The pack is also an eco-conscious choice thanks to its use of PFA-free water-repellent, recycled materials and multiple accreditations (ClimatePartner certified, bluesign certified and Green Button certified). This DWR has the added benefit of keeping your kit dry in light rain.
