Gregory Zulu 40L Backpack
Is the Zulu 40 a giant daypack or a fast-and-light overnighter? Take your pick - the answer is both. Big enough for supplies for two on long, sunup-to-sundown adventures, this generously sized yet light and agile pack can even work for nights in the wild when the gear list is shorter than usual.
The Gregory Zulu 40L Backpack has been constructed using tough and durable 210D Honeycomb Cryptorip HD Nylon and 210D High Tenacity Nylon. Not only is it strong, but it also reduces the weight of the bag. The Zulu Backpack features a FreeFloat ventilated suspension featuring a 3D comfort cradle hip belt with dynamic flex panels that move with the natural movements of your body, keeping it comfortable at all times. Incorporated into this system is an extendable torso length, which allows you to adjust the length of the back panel to find your perfect fit whilst on the move. This also has an open-air, ventilated back panel with moisture-wicking mesh, keeping you dry and comfortable throughout use. Providing a secure fit, the bag has a shoulder harness with a sternum strap, which creates body-hugging comfort without creating hot spots. Even in warm weather, you stay cool and dry. The main compartment of the bag is secured by a front U-zip opening for easy access without removing the top pocket. When the weather starts to turn, you can keep your items dry with the rain cover, which also includes a zippered pocket.
The Backpack also features a top pocket with a zippered compartment and an underside zippered pocket. Multiple stretch pockets have been added for storing smaller items. An adjustable attachment loop on the side of the bag helps store your trekking poles when not in use.
The sunglass QuickStow system on the shoulder harness provides quick, secure and scratch-free access to your shades without removing the pack. There is a dedicated, zippered hydration pocket with SpeedClip attachment system for compatibility with Gregory's 3D Hydro reservoir, keeping you hydrated on the go. Finishing the Gregory Zulu 40 Backpack are reflective attachment points to provide visibility in low light conditions.
