Engineered Mesh Upper

Surrounding the upper of the shoe, there is an engineered mesh upper. This is made from an extremely lightweight material, which will help to keep the overall weight of the shoe down to a minimum. Air is able to enter and exit the shoe with ease, as the mesh is extremely breathable. Hot air is removed and replaced, which will keep the feet feeling cool. As you begin to sweat, the moisture is also able to escape out of the shoe, where it is then wicked away efficiently and effectively. There are further perforations across the midfoot and forefoot which will further increase the breathability. Thicker material covers the toes, protecting them from any bumps and shocks. The heel also has a firm counter which will keep it in a firm and upright position. Easy to fasten laces and a cushioned flat-lying tongue will make it easy to tailor the shoe to a comfortable fit. The ankle collar is soft and collared which will reduce the risk of irritation by rubbing and chafing. A heel loop makes carrying dirty shoes around with you clean and easy to do.

Rubberised Foam Midsole

The foam found within the midsole is rubberised and will provide you with an extremely comfortable, plush and responsive ride. Towards the bottom of the midsole, the EVA is firm and hard which will absorb shocks from heavy impacts and sharp objects instantly and effectively. The further up the midsole you go, the EVA changes in that it is a lot softer. This will mean that you will always be able to feel the extremely soft and gentle cushioning in every step that you take. Inside the shoe, there is an EVA sock liner, which moulds to your foot shape over time. This will ensure that you will have a comfortable step in and precise fit within the shoe. The midsole uses Hoka's Meta-Rocker which gives the outsole a unique curved shape. Taking inspiration from the wheel, the midsole is designed to reduce the amount of friction on every step, making the ride feel more fluid and smooth, which will improve your times and reduce the amount of work you are putting yourself through.

Durable Rubber Outsole

The extremely durable rubber outsole will keep you in firm control across a wide range of different terrain over a long period of time. Forming a solid bond with the ground, the outsole will anchor you into place, keeping you in a strong and controlled position. The outsole is also flexible, which will make mean that it will be able to move out of shape without any lasting damage being caused. Multi-directional grooves and lugs will add a little bit more control, by digging into surfaces, anchoring you in place where it will then help you with takeoffs, landings and changes of direction.
