In addition to this, the membrane will let moisture out of it, which will mean that as you begin to sweat, the moisture and warm air that is building up within the shoes can escape out, where it is then replaced by cooler air from outside of the shoes. A bellows tongue keeps debris out of the shoe whilst a comfort collar reduces hot spots.
