Constructed using a Pertex microlight fabrication, the Frost Down Jacket by Peak Performance delivers supreme protection against wet weather conditions. The high-density face fabric forms a reliable barrier against wind and rain ensuring all-weather protection; so you have the confidence to perform at your best with a garment you can truly rely upon. Pertex encourages rapid moisture management so you can remain dry on the inside as well as the outside, it works to disperse moisture over a broad area for fast evaporation, keeping you dry and comfortable at all times. Offering superior insulating fabrics, Pertex maintains loft without adding bulk and ensures optimal thermal efficiency to keep the body's core temperature stabilised at all times. A Duck Down has been used within the fabrication; it offers unbelievable insulation by trapping warm air inside the garment for maximum warmth at minimum weight. The down-proof fabric is tightly woven and prevents the down from working through the jacket. Responsibly sourced by the allied feather suppliers, the down used in this jacket is the highest quality responsibly sourced down available on the market. Allied supplies high-end insulation and a robust traceability system that allows both the manufacturer and the end-user to track their down from garment to source. Ideal for outdoor activities, the jacket is hugely reliable and versatile to help you conquer the trails with consummate ease. The treated surface also adds durability by strengthening the material for damage caused by dirt or debris.

A regular fit is designed to be slim fitting but not too tight, it supplies comfortable coverage that moves with you and provides enough room for layering if you require it. The fit also ensures freedom of movement because your clothing choice should never inhibit your natural motion. Elastic binding at the collar and cuffs provides an optimum fit and works to seal in escaping heat reducing the risks of cold spots plus, a drawcord hem can be easily adjusted depending on the weather. A full zip exists for complete temperature control, it can be worn up to seal in the heat and zipped down to release an intolerable heat build-up. Two zippered hand pockets have been added to the jacket to provide ample storage space for your essential items, the pockets can also be used to keep your hands warm when the weather takes a turn for the worst. Lastly, a hanger loop at the neck allows the jacket to be hung up when not in use plus the jacket can be packed down for easy carrying.
