The North Face Summit Eastwall GORE-TEX Men's Jacket
Designed for untracked slopes and all-mountain shredding, the Summit Eastwall GORE-TEX Jacket uses three-layer GORE-TEX fabric coupled with an articulated fit that mimics the body's movement to help you move more naturally down the mountain.
Providing protection against rain, wind and snow the Summit Eastwall utilises GORE-TEX fabric to block liquid from penetrating the material, keeping you dry and comfortable from the top, to the bottom of the slopes. Waterproofing is further improved by the Non-PFC DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish that further seals the jacket from water entering. Both the cuffs and hood are adjustable for preferred fit with the intention to seal the outside weather out, with a partial-hood drop ensuring a helmet is easily equip able. A stepped hem around the waist has been included to ensure better coverage of the back, with a risen section at the front for less bulk and enhanced movability, while a powder skirt effectively seals the waist, with silicone grip tape for added security. Alongside the skirt, is a jacket-to-trouser integration clip, which prevents snow from entering the innards of the jacket, keeping you comfortable and warm for longer. Temperature control is highly important within athletes, so the underarm zips on the Summit Eastwall prove to be super useful when cooling down becomes a priority, unzip with ease to maximise use. While the internal draft flap helps to stop unwanted cold air from entering, giving you complete control over your body temperature. Storage is not a worry, with multiple pockets for a variety of uses, stay prepared no matter what. The jacket features a wrist pocket with a reusable wipe for goggles, helping keep your visibility maximised. There are covered zip alpine pockets on the external for waterproof sealant to protect valuables from possibly getting wet. There are also two internal mesh drop pockets for maximised storage within the jacket for important items without the need for a bag. To complete the Summit Eastwall is a two-way central zip that allows for better accessibility and efficient removal.
