Developed to provide ultimate protection on outdoor adventures, the adidas TERREX Techrock Jacket has been constructed using GORE-TEX Pro Shell. A new generation fabric, GORE-TEX Shell Pro ensures protection and comfort in every environment. To meet the demands of anything the outdoors throws at it, the fabrication works to protect against harsh winds and rain ensuring you remain warm, dry and comfortable at all times. This durable layer provides supreme waterproofing, which will make sure that you will always stay dry in light or heavy rain. As well as being protected from moisture, the fabric is also windproof, which means that heavy gusts are blocked from reaching the skin, which would also make you begin to feel cold. As the body begins to sweat, or when you start to overheat, the fabric allows there to be a steady airflow in and out of the jacket, which will work to keep the body feeling cool and comfortable. The GORE-TEX fabrication provides the perfect balance of breathability and protection to bring you a jacket that will perform over and over again. Furthermore, the three layers of the fabric increase overall durability and protection ensuring peace of mind when out in the hills.
To ensure added weather protection, the jacket features a fully adjustable and helmet compatible hood which can be used to find the perfect fit. The hood can be adjusted to fit your face perfectly to reduce the risks of water ingress and prevent wind chill so you can remain cool, dry and comfortable at all times. The hood can also be worn over a helmet making this jacket perfect for a wide range of outdoor sports. As well as this, waterproof zippers also exist on the jacket to ensure added protection from rain. An adjustable hem and bonded velcro cuff closure can be used to seal in escaping heat when the mercury drops; it also enables a stay-put fit. On the underarms, pit zips have been used to ensure added ventilation when temperatures rise. The zips can be closed when temperatures drop to seal in escaping heat or, when temperatures begin to rise they can be worn open to release an intolerable heat build up. The zips provide quick and easy access to ventilation so you'll never feel overheated as you increase the tempo. The front zip can also be used to increase ventilation and provides an easy on and off. Completing the jacket are zip pockets which allow you to safely store small essentials and valuables. Two hand pockets can be used for storage or to warm your hands when temperatures drop whilst a chest pocket is perfect for valuable items.
