Battery Life
Outlast your longest workout with battery life you can rely on, even in the middle of an iron-man triathlon or ultra-marathon. Thanks to the low power consumption from the latest satellite signal system design, the Pace 3 features a 17 day battery life in regular use and a 38 hour battery life in GPS mode and takes less than two hours for the battery to go from zero to full charge.
GPS Features
With the PACE 3, you're free to go wherever your activities take you - the PACE 3 receives
signals from all five major satellite systems (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou, QZSS) which can track better in more challenging environments than GPS alone. Whether you're on or off-road, the network capabilities help you track how far, fast and hard you've run. The watch can give you exact GPS coordinates, air pressure and estimated elevation to give you a more clear location.
Wrist-Based Heart Rate
Featuring on your wrist, heart rate technology lets you monitor your heart rate without wearing a chest strap. The heart rate sensor features a 5-LED system with 4 photodetectors in a customized layout to provide you with accurate readings. In addition to counting steps, the watch uses heart rate to assess recovery speed after intense activities and determine how prepared your body is to take on the stressors of the day.
Advanced Sleep Monitoring
The COROS PACE 3 will also monitor your sleep to keep tabs on your well-being and how much rested sleep you're getting each night. Using a Pulse Ox sensor4, the watch estimates your blood oxygen saturation so you can see how well your body absorbs oxygen when you sleep. This technology also shows when your body is likely to be at optimum performance so you can plan your day around peak activity times.
Durable
A fibreglass screen protects the watch from wear and tear while a new PVD coating offers two times scratch resistance than previous versions to keep your watch in pristine condition. Built with 5 ATM water resistance, this watch features water-resistant properties and can also withstand pressures up to a depth of 50m. The button design features a large digital dial, so you can easily change settings on your watch using a few simple clicks - even with gloves.

free global offline Landscape and Topographical maps, you can access critical navigation information
in the most remote locations. The digital dial makes it easy to zoom in and out of your map, while the touchscreen allows you to drag the map with your finger. Turn-by-turn navigation also features on the PACE 3 to help you stick to your custom pre-uploaded routes which can be easily built on the explore page on the COROS app.
Music Compatibility
With internal storage built right into your watch, COROS are putting the "beat" in your daily mission to beat yesterday. You can download and play MP3 file music directly from your watch and listen on your Bluetooth headphones or speakers. Now you really can leave your phone behind when you head out for a run because the music that helps keep you moving is right there on your wrist.
