Breathable Upper

The highly-breathable, non-water absorbing upper keeping you dry at all times. By preventing water from entering the shoe, the upper gives you peace of mind in wet and muddy conditions whilst the breathable upper allows cool air to flow into the shoe, absorbing moisture and keeping you damp free. Overlayer encases the upper providing added durability and a more enhanced fit whilst unique on-the-shoe gaiter hooks offer a more secure attachment system, which allows a race ultra gaiter to be secured directly to the shoe and defend against debris. Additionally, a gusseted tongue prevents debris from entering the shoe whilst also providing ultimate comfort.

Exterflow Midsole

Infused with exterflow, the midsole provides high levels of underfoot cushioning without compromising on ground feel. The cushioning absorbs shock impacts minimising the shock when your foot hits the ground, allowing for a more efficient gait. A Meta-Shank aligns behind the metatarsals for greater forefoot flexibility and control when contouring, whilst retaining underfoot impact protection. Sticky Grip Outsole

The outsole of the Mudclaw 275 was constructed using an aggressive lug pattern. It is ideal for loose rock, grass, mixed terrain or mud. The 8mm sticky rubber studs not only claw through soft terrain but also hold firm on harder ground, delivering phenomenal all-round grip. Inov-8's Sticky compound has been specially developed using climbing rubber technology. The hardened Rope-Tec rubber on the outsole protects against burning when racing up and down ropes. and also optimises grip in wet conditions, however, the trade-off is it wears down quicker.
