Suede Mesh Upper

Constructed using a suede leather upper, the Catalyst Mid Walking Boots are trail-worthy for any outdoor adventure. The durable upper protects your feet from knocks and scrapes whilst also ensuring your boots look and stay newer for longer. The suede not only withstands the wear and tear you'll encounter while out and about, but is also highly stable. Rubber has also been used in specific areas on the upper that are often the most vulnerable to knocks and scrapes. The rubber is mainly placed around the toes, arch, and heel to provides durability and abrasion resistance on rocky terrain. A breathable mesh lining has also been used on the upper to increase ventilation. The lining allows cool air to flow throughout the garment whilst at the same time allowing hot humid air to escape; this creates a perfect microclimate for your feet to thrive in. Completing the upper is a traditional lace closure system that locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage, whilst the mid style of the boot provides you with additional support as you move to keep you protected on the trail.

EVA Midsole

The midsole has been constructed using different technologies to ensure long-lasting comfort and increased cushioning. EVA within the midsole offers supreme cushioning and support to key areas like the arch and heel, holding the foot securely in place for a smoother transition and wear. By supporting these key areas of the foot, the midsole material can also help to offer enough support to help prevent discomfort and possible injury. Completing the midsole is a kinetic fit base removable insole that provides flexible support for all-day wear. Contoured to your foot, the insole provides flexible intuitive support for connected and protected movements. Designed to gently support the foot in key areas of the foot to encourage muscles to stay in a relaxed athletic position; which helps to reduce fatigue.

Rubber Outsole

Developed to provide traction and durability, the Catalyst Suede Mid uses a rubber outsole. Ensuring multi-directional grip the outsole ensures traction on varied terrain ensuring confident footing whether you're hiking or out for a leisurely stroll in the local park. The durable rubber provides a strong grip on the most challenging terrain; it works to protect itself from damage, and protect users from losing control and slipping. It is also highly durable meaning no matter what you throw at it, the Catalyst will perform time and time again. The full ground contact outsole ensures secure footing and stability for traction and grip on hiking paths with loose grounds.
