Montane Terra Men's Shorts
The Terra Shorts are designed for mountain missions in warm or varied conditions. They move with your body with a gusseted precision fit, and waistband adjustment, so you'll stay comfortable while moving dynamically in challenging terrain.
Ideal for mountain walking, climbing and trekking, the Terra Shorts provide lightweight and durable performance. They have been constructed using an updated cotton-feel TACTEL nylon with environmentally friendly PFC-free DWR. This TACTEL fabric is wind and water-resistant and offers a fast-drying, cotton-like feel. The wind and water-resistant properties will help to shield the wearer from the elements, especially those which could cause the wearer to feel an uncomfortable chill. The fast-drying properties also help to reduce the risk of chill. By resisting water and reducing moisture absorption the shorts lower the risk of discomfort and distraction when on your hike. The cotton feel allows the short to sit smoothly against the skin, this will also reduce the risk of chafing and irritation.
Two zipped hand pockets and a rear pocket have been added to the front of the short, providing secure and easily accessible storage space for essential items. Belt loops have been placed around the waist area which allows the wearer to use a belt to adjust the fit of the short if they wish to do so (a belt is provided). Underneath the belt area, the part-elasticated waistband includes a button fastening system which is quick and easy to adjust.
