The hood gives you extra coverage when you need it most, and the jacket itself is packable for convenience. It packs into its own pocket and can be looped onto your belt with the locker loop or packed away into a backpack when not in use. A 2-way front zip and bungees at the back of the hood and hem give you adjustable coverage, sealing out the elements and boosting ventilation as and when necessary.
