Inov8 Shoe Fit Scale
For technical footwear, a good fit is essential to enhance your performance. Inov8's new Shoe Fit Scale makes it easier to find the perfect fitting shoe. All Inov8 shoes are designed with Met-Cradle technology to lock down the mid-foot for a stable hold, where they differ is in the toe box. The shoes are now graded from 1 to 5, Grade 1 representing their closest, most precise fit and Grade 5 representing the widest fitting toe box.
The lower the number on the scale, the narrower the fit, which ensures minimal internal movement of the foot when running fast on technical terrain. Shoes with the higher numbers on the scale will suit athletes with a wider foot and those wanting that extra comfort in the toe box. This wider toe box allows the toes to splay for increased stability when lifting heavy weights. It's also perfect for longer runs and races when toes begin to swell.
Inov8 have graded the Bare-FX 210 V3 Training Shoes as Grade 4.
3D Air Mesh Upper
The new V3 upper design is now one seamless piece of 3D air mesh, giving the shoe a super-breathable and flexible finish. The use of updated materials means the upper is now lighter and provides exceptional breathability to ensure your feet remain cool, dry and comfortable as you train and strive for the best possible results. When training it is inevitable that a build-up of sweat and moisture will occur, the nature of the upper counteracts this by wicking and transporting it away from your feet where it is efficiently dried out to eradicate distraction or discomfort. More room is provided to allow toe splay as well as a full range of motion in all directions so you can remain fully focused on your training and be totally unrestricted in your movements. Inov8 have also added even more protection to the shoe, adding a specially designed, welded TPU protector around the toes which ensures your forefoot is protected at all times.
Meta-flex technology allows natural flexing in the forefoot and the new Adapterweb cradle lacing system holds your foot secure in the shoe, thus ensuring the shoe moves naturally with the foot. The Bare-XF 210 V3 features an updated 360-degree Rope-tec that delivers traction and durability on rope climbs so you can train with confidence and at a high intensity.
Rubber Outsole
The Bare-XF 210 V3 is made with inov8's famous sticky rubber outsole for the ultimate, lightweight grip. It is designed with maximum surface area coverage which provides minimal disjunction between the foot and surface to eradicate friction and discomfort which may occur during indoor, circuit-style training. A zero drop heel and the EHC heel system mean more proprioception and stability when weightlifting or performing functional movements.
