Air Mesh Upper

Constructed using a breathable air mesh material, the upper on the TrailFly V2 provides enhanced comfort without compromising durability. A single piece of air-mesh material makes up the ultra lightweight and flexible upper, which has been 3D printed, making this a seamless design to minimise irritation when movements become rigorous. Featuring NATURALFIT technologies, the TrailFly V2 has been designed to allow your toes to splay and perform naturally, letting you reconnect with what is underfoot and achieve full natural potential. Overlays on version 2 have been improved to give enhanced protection against rough rocks and vegetation whilst taking into consideration for 6 drainage holes per shoe to allow water to escape the shoe quickly. This breathable upper has been combined with a gusseted tongue to prevent loose rocks and debris from entering the shoe while a toe guard helps to protect your toes from uneven surfaces and rocks. The upper is completed with MET-CRADLE stripes which work with the lacing system that will allow your feet to stay locked into the shoes, and prevent slipping inside the shoe.

POWERFLOW PRO Midsole

Inov8 have grabbed at the opportunity to improve the midsole in the TrailFly collection with their latest release, by making the foam even more weightless and slightly firmer, overall performance has been enhanced. The foam provides high cushioning while still allowing for the ground-feel needed for running over uneven, technical terrain. The increased firmness in the foam also means the overall lifespan of the midsole has been lengthened, allowing you to get more from the TrailFlys and keeping you racking up the miles. Sitting atop of the foam is the familiar BOOMERANG Footbed, which consits of hundreds of expanded TPU beads that compress and spring back for added energy return.

G-GRIP Rubber Outsole

Using their innovative graphene within the outsole, Inov8 have created dependable grip on dry and wet surfaces, as well as incredible durability. The graphene-infused rubber increases the TrailFly V2s slip resistance by 50% compared to the first generation, guaranteeing complete control on uncertain terrain. This naturally tough outsole, maintains shape and definition overtime to ensure you are confident every step of the most treacherous trails. Also featuring 4mm long graphene-infused rubber studs, grip and traction has been enhanced for both soft, muddy grounds and slippery rocks. The studs are strategically arranged into multiple directions to assist with shedding debris quickly and effectively boosting your propulsion through your toes when striding forwards.
